Accounting

Do you offer online payments?

Unfortunately, we do not accept online payments at this time. To make a payment on an order, please call us at (425) 885-5050.

Can I apply for Credit Terms?

Customers interested in establishing credit with T&L Nursery must complete and submit a credit application. Please allow up to four (4) weeks for processing and approval. Credit approval is subject to a satisfactory review of trade references, payment history, and other relevant financial information. Once approved, credit terms will be assigned based on the customer’s financial profile and purchase volume.

Deliveries

Do you deliver? If so, where?

Yes! We currently deliver to Idaho, Oregon, and Washington during our peak season, March-October, but deliver year-round to Western Oregon and Western Washington. Delivery dates and frequencies are subject to change due to customer demand and weather.

What is your delivery minimum? What is the delivery fee to my region?

Extra Services

Do you offer prepricing? What about pre-tagging? How much does this cost?

Yes! We do offer pre-pricing and pre-tagging to help our plants sell as quickly as possible when they arrive at your destination. Each tag/sticker costs $0.22 per tag/sticker. Need more information? Want to sign up? Please contact us using the form on the left. There is no form on the left

I've heard you offer pre-booking and pre-ordering. What's the difference? Do you offer contract grows?

Here at T&L, there is a difference between pre-booking and pre-ordering. As a pre-book (opposed to a pre-order) these items are treated as a contract grow and will be grown and cared for you by the T&L growing team. They will be reserved for you in addition to our regularly forecasted items for the year. In addition to pre-books, we do take inquiries related to contract grows. Can I shop the nursery in person?

Yes! We are open Monday-Friday, from 7:00 AM-4:00 PM from March-October, and 7:30 AM-4:00 PM from November-February.
If you're on-site and need specific locations, stop by the office for a Map and Availability list with pricing and locations.

What We Sell

What are your pot sizes and how many plants come in each flat?

We sell finished plants as small as 2" all the way up to 5 Gallons. Our flat counts may vary by plant, but the most common combinations are the following: 2", 40 pots/flat; 4", 18 pots; Quart, 8 pots; 1 Gallon, 8 pots. 2 and 5 Gallon plants are always sold individually.

Do you sell plugs or bare roots?

We only sell finished plants at T&L, which means no plugs or bare roots are for sale! The smallest size we have available is 2".

Do you sell soil, pots, or other plant accessories?

We only sell plants. We do not have soil, pots, or other plant accessories available for sale.
